Casella 620B Series Sound Level Meter
The CEL-620B has the same features as the CEL-620A, plus octave band analysis. Compatible with Class 1 and Class 2 microphones for optimal accuracy, the CEL-620B is used for workplace noise assessments or machine noise testing, as well as for assisting in the selection of hearing protection using the octave band method.

Featuring a color display and a simplified user interface, the CEL-620A sound level meter is specifically designed for quick, easy, and efficient noise measurements. In addition to simultaneously measuring all major workplace noise parameters, this model incorporates advanced features such as measurement history and voice feedback.
The enhanced CEL-620A digital sound level meter measures various parameters for workplace noise studies, including mean levels (LEQ and LAVG) and peak levels (LPeak), ensuring compliance with international noise legislation, including European standards, OSHA, and ACGIH. The CEL-620 series enables occupational noise assessments or machine noise testing and facilitates hearing protection selection using the octave band method.
Choose a Class 1 or 2 microphone for optimal accuracy, or a CEL-620B with integrated octave band analysis, useful for selecting hearing protection. The CEL-620A is user-friendly and easy to configure. Its measurement displays feature an intuitive color-coded system indicating the operating mode: green during a measurement and red once it is complete. Data is displayed graphically in real time for a comprehensive view of the sound environment. The device has a wide measurement range up to 140 dB (peak).
The instrument offers six selectable configurations: four predefined according to current standards and two customizable to obtain the desired data. Regardless of the configuration, the CEL-620A measures and records all parameters, even those not selected, and this data can be viewed in the software. All measurements are time-stamped, and the CEL-620A can store up to 999 measurements. Each measurement can last up to 24 hours, even with second-level time history.
With the CEL-120 series calibration source, device detection is automatic for quick calibration, and the calibration date and time are automatically recorded.
