Orders

For all orders, please use the instrument code or part number, as well as the name of the manufacturer, dimensions, and materials, if available. By providing as much information as possible, we will be able to process your request faster and avoid any errors in your order.

  • All prices are FOB Montréal-Nord and applicable taxes are not included.

Incomplete orders

When an order is delivered, any merchandise not available in our inventory is noted on the delivery order, put on hold, and will be back ordered as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel the rest of the order, please notify your representative promptly.

Payment terms

Deliveries are charged to customer accounts. The payment methods are net 30 days. Orders can also be paid for by Visa, Mastercard, or Interac.

We reserve the right to delay a delivery to any customer whose account is overdue.

New accounts

Companies can open an account by providing the required bank and business information. Please use our “Account Opening” form. We will contact you about the next steps as soon as possible.

Delivery

We usually deliver within 24 hours if the items are in stock. Delivery method: At your own expense by your transport company or a prepaid charge added to your invoice.
