Upon receipt of your instruments, we will send you an acknowledgment detailing the device(s) received, the services to be performed, the associated costs, and the turnaround time.
To expedite the instrument receiving process and minimize errors, we have made some updates to our service form.
The multi-instrument service form is no longer available.
Therefore, it is important to use one form per instrument.
Each form must be properly completed, printed, and included with every instrument sent, whether for calibration or repair.
Please note that the completed service form can only be saved using ADOBE ACROBAT PRO.
