The Honeywell Flex 5 can be configured for either diffusion or pumped sampling; it supports the monitoring of 4, 5, or 6 gases and accommodates a wide range of gas types, including advanced PID (photoionization detector) sensor technology. Integrating a PID sensor into a multi-gas detector enables the device to identify volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that standard sensors often miss. This provides broader detection coverage and allows for the identification of low-concentration VOC leaks before they pose a significant risk.
