Portable Automatic Pressure Calibrator Simplifies Pressure Calibration

The Fluke 729Pro Automatic Pressure Calibrator was specifically designed for process technicians to simplify the pressure calibration process and achieve faster, more accurate test results. Technicians know that pressure calibration can be a time-consuming task, but the 729Pro simplifies this task with an internal electric pump that provides automatic pressure generation and regulation, all in a portable, rugged, and easy-to-use package. Automatic Pressure Generation and Control
With its replaceable, plug-in pressure control modules, it generates and regulates pressure up to 1,000 psi (70 bar, 7,000 kPa). The internal fine-tuning control then automatically stabilizes the pressure at the required value. You can also fill out a test pattern: the 729Pro will automatically pump to the desired setpoint and document it with the push of a button.
Simplified Calibration Documentation
The Fluke 729Pro can automatically test multiple pressure test points and automatically document the results. It takes care of everything: documenting and flagging out-of-tolerance results in red on the graphical display for:

  • Applied Pressure
  • Measured numeric mA, mV, or PV
  • % Error for each test point
  • Download and manage documented calibration results with DPCTrack2™ Calibration Management Software, which simplifies instrument management,
  • creating scheduled tests and reports, and managing calibration data.

HART Communication

Built-in HART communication allows for HART transmitter mA adjustment, HART configuration, and adjustment to applied values of 0% and 100%. You can also configure various tasks, such as changing a transmitter label, units of measure, and measurement range. Other supported HART commands include setting fixed mA outputs for troubleshooting, reading device configuration, and reading device variables and diagnostics.

Rugged, Portable Design

The 729Pro is tested and guaranteed to withstand a one-meter drop, making it ideal for field instrument calibration work. Available in two models: 4M up to 600 psi (40 bar, 4000 kPa) and 7M up to 1000 psi (70 bar, 7000 kPa), the Fluke 729Pro Automatic Pressure Calibrators are designed to work wherever and whenever you need them. A standard, field-ready semi-rigid carrying case stores test hoses, fittings, test leads, and small hand tools, making it easy to transport everything needed for field pressure calibrations.

For increased accuracy and resolution during low-pressure calibrations, the Fluke 729Pro allows you to select and insert one of six Fluke pressure modules to extend the pressure range from 0 to 600 psi (40 bar, 4000 kPa).
