Description
The AM1660/1640/1620 Series Industrial Precision PRT (IPRT) probes are rugged probes offering exceptional accuracy and stability. They cover a wide temperature range, from -200°C to 670°C, with an exceptional accuracy of <0.035°C at 0°C, a short-term stability of <0.01°C, and a fast response time of 5 seconds. All these probes are calibrated according to ISO/IEC 17025.
For optimal stability and repeatability, the wire-wound sensing element is specially designed to protect the platinum sensing wire from high-temperature contamination. A unique support structure and filler material provide an optimal balance between hysteresis effect and mechanical and thermal shock resistance. All of these probes conform to the 385 standard curve, so the PRT resistance ratio precisely follows the DIN/IEC-751 curve.
