The RFOT is the industry standard for meat processors. This wireless meat temperature data logger provides users with real-time monitoring and is available with the following probe types:
- RFOT-FR: 45 mm (1.75 in.) fast response probe (for smaller meat products)
- RFOT-4-TD: 102 mm (4.0 in.) transition diameter probe (for smaller meat products)
- RFOT-4: 102 mm (4.0 in.) probe
- RFOT-7: 177 mm (7.0 in.) probe
- RFOT-12: 304 mm (12.0 in.) probe
The RFOT is ideal for smokers, ovens and other cooking processes up to 100 °C (212 °F), as well as refrigerators and freezers down to -20°C (-4°F). It is fully splash-proof and can withstand wash cycles.
The RFOT is compatible with the latest MadgeTech 4 software, making startup, shutdown, and downloading simple and easy. The software includes user-programmable critical control points, called “chill indicators,” to aid in USDA Annex B compliance. Graphical, tabular, and summary data are provided for analysis and can be viewed in customizable engineering units.
The RFOT is also compatible with MadgeTech Cloud Services, giving users the ability to monitor real-time data remotely on any internet-connected device, from anywhere in the world.
