This instrument offers Intelligent Temperature Stabilization (ITS) and the ability to store up to 250 readings in memory. ITS was designed to assist the operator in determining when the final stabilized temperature of an object being measured has been reached. The ITS mode is operational over the entire temperature range and when selected, the temperature is not displayed until the final stabilized temperature has been attained. When ITS mode is not selected, the 35340 instrument functions as a standard thermocouple thermometer.
